A little over two weeks ago I suffered a fairly serious back injury at my day job.

It’s been nothing but rest, rehabilitation and putting everything on hold.

With an expected 4-6 weeks recovery time, I’ve had to cancel out on many of my wrestling commitments through to the end of March including the bulk of my advertised CWE tour dates.

I’m hopeful and optimistic that I will be healthy enough to return to action on March 25th for the Cage Match in Sault Ste Marie.

Moral of the story is to listen to your body and don’t rush back. Take time to yourself when you need to. It’s a marathon… not a sprint!
