Tried my hand at a recipe from the cookbook today. The Traveller's Stew was amazing! I ended up making the entire thing outside using the side burner on my gas BBQ and my Traeger. 10/10 recipe!

While ribs in the smoker are quite good, Tracey's instant pot ribs are second to none! Add this to the strangest mac n cheese recipe ever, carrots and cornbread stuffing, and it was an amazing Saturday night meal!
