Busy weekend for me here at Opposable Eye! Friday night I got the chance to shoot Edmonton's newest rocker line-up, Torcher, at Starlite Room where they opened for The Dayglo Abortions. Then Saturday morning I headed out to the annual all day Jak's party/festival where I got to shoot all the bands! Thanks to Mark at Hawks Up Productions for inviting me out. Check it out!

I’ve been working with Rob for a while on another project and last night he asked if I could edit together some footage of his daughter playing the song she wrote. I said “For. Sure.”

So he sent me the footage and I put it together this morning.

On Sunday I met up with a bunch of riders who were out to wish a happy birthday to this little girl, Brooklyn!

She's suffered with Chrohn's disease since forever, and these folks thought it would be cool to do a drive-by and wish her a happy ninth birthday!

I thought so too, so I hopped on my bike and went along to take pictures.

Back in January I got the chance to work Kroovy Rookers. They needed a one sheet with a bio so they could start shopping around for a record label for their newest album, so I helped them out!

We did a short interview, I wrote their bio, passed it back and forth until they liked it, met up for a jam session photoshoot, then I put all the pieces together to create their one sheet!

This is just one the services I'm looking to offer to local musicians. Message me to work something out!

I created this trailer entirely from the ground up. All the planning, shooting, and editing was all done over the course of three weeks.

Hey! Thanks for checking out the page. Opposable Eye is just one guy - Morgan - trying to figure out how to make a go at it doing creative work in Edmonton, Alberta.

After ten years of driving semi trucks I decided it wasn't for me and went back to school. I just completed my diploma in TV Production at NAIT this past April, and I'll be using this space to show off my work and easy contact.

I've been hanging around the Edmonton music scene for years now and I'm looking to do promotional stuff for bands as a side hustle and perhaps eventually, full time hustle.

I'm available as a photographer, videographer, video editor, voice over artist, some graphic design, and even writing! I'm open to any and all projects you can come up with!
