We're Hiring: Project Leader with Business Development Executive

We’re seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team who can manage digital projects from start to finish, while also playing a key role in client communication and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage ongoing Website Development, Branding, and Digital Marketing (SEO, SMM, Google Ads) projects
• Act as the main point of contact for clients – ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and quality delivery
• Coordinate between internal teams (designers, developers, marketers) for smooth project ex*****on
• Generate and follow up on leads, proposals, and new business opportunities
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards
• Maintain documentation, task tracking, and progress reports using tools like Trello, Asana, or similar
Requirements:
• Prior experience as a Project Leader or Business Development in a digital agency or IT company. Prior experience as a Project Leader or in Business Development at a digital agency or IT company is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Candidates with interest or basic knowledge in Digital Marketing, Website Development, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
• Basic understanding of website technologies, SEO, SMM, etc
• Self-motivated and proactive mindset
