-ਐਡਮੰਟਨ ਵਿਸਾਖੀ ਅਤੇ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਸਾਜਨਾ ਦਿਵਸ ਨਗਰ ਕੀਰਤਨ 2025 -
ਇਹ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਦਿਨ 1699 ਨੂੰ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਪੰਥ ਦੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ ਦੀ ਯਾਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਨਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ — ਇਕ ਐਤਿਹਾਸਿਕ ਪਲ ਜਿਸਨੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੌਮ ਨੂੰ ਬਰਾਬਰੀ, ਇਨਸਾਫ ਅਤੇ “ਸਰਬੱਤ ਦਾ ਭਲਾ” ਦੇ ਅਸੂਲਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਟਿਕਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਦਿੱਤੀ।
ਐਡਮੰਟਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਗਲੀਆਂ ਦਸਤਾਰਾਂ, ਕੇਸਰੀ ਦੁਪੱਟਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਗਤ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਨਾਲ ਭਰੇ ਸਟਾਲਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਰੌਣਕਮਈ ਹੋ ਗਈਆਂ। ਦਸਤਾਰ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਟਾਲਾਂ ਨੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖ ਪਹਿਚਾਣ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜਨ ਦਾ ਸੁਨੇਹਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
ਨਗਰ ਕੀਰਤਨ ਕਮੇਟੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਹ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਸਜਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ — ਜਿਸ ਲਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਹਿ ਦਿਲੋਂ ਵਧਾਈ ਹੋਵੇ!
ਕਰੀਬ 70,000 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਸੰਗਤ ਨੇ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲਿਆ — ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਕੀਰਤਨ, ਲੰਗਰ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ, ਅਤੇ ਖਾਲਸੇ ਦੀ ਰੂਹਾਨੀ ਰੂਹ ਨੂੰ ਮਨਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਏਕਜੁਟਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਵੁਕਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਭਰਪੂਰ ਦਿਨ ਬਣਾਇਆ।
Prime Asia TV ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਨੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸੁਨੇਹੇ ਭਰਪੂਰ ਪਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਦਰਸ਼ਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਕੈਮਰੇ ’ਚ ਕੈਦ ਕੀਤਾ — ਇਕ ਰੂਹਾਨੀ, ਸਾਂਝੀ ਤੇ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ ਦਿਨ ਦੀ ਕਵਰੇਜ ਕਰਨਾ ਸਾਡਾ ਮਾਣ ਸੀ।
📍 ਇਹ ਨਗਰ ਕੀਰਤਨ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇੱਕ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਨਹੀਂ, ਸਗੋਂ ਖਾਲਸੇ ਦੇ ਅਸੂਲਾਂ — ਬਰਾਬਰੀ, ਸੇਵਾ, ਹਿੰਮਤ ਤੇ ਅਮਨ — ਦਾ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਜੀਉਂਦਾ ਸੁਨੇਹਾ ਸੀ।
Edmonton Nagar Kirtan 2025 – A Grand Celebration of Vaisakhi and Khalsa Sajna Diwas!
This day commemorates the creation of the Khalsa Panth by Guru Gobind Singh Ji in 1699 — a powerful moment in Sikh history that gave birth to a community rooted in equality, justice, and “Sarbat da Bhalla” (the well-being of all).
The streets of Edmonton were glowing with colourful turbans and kesri dupattas, as thousands of devotees walked together in spirit and solidarity. Dastar stalls were set up to promote the pride and tradition of the Sikh identity.
A heartfelt congratulations to the Nagar Kirtan committees for organizing this massive and meaningful event with exceptional coordination.
An estimated 70,000+ people participated, enjoying Langar, singing of kirtan, and celebrating the spirit of Khalsa with deep devotion and unity.
