We cannot wait for this incredible panel of women we’re interviewing on April 11 in partnership with !

Caitlin Quinn will be joining us! Born in Winnipeg, raised in Scotland, Caitlin started her academic career focussed on Chemistry. After deciding that lab life wasn’t for her she pursued a MSc from Heriot Watt in Brewing & Distilling and started her tenure in the industry. Moving to Alberta in 2015 she spent 10 years within the craft distilling industry before recently moving into a role in a commercial distillery, allowing her to see the other side of the industry while still making whisky in Alberta.

Jamie Johnson is the Canadian National Ambassador for Glenfiddich and The Balvenie and is a highly-respected whisky champion and conversationalist. She is widely known for hosting tasting events, masterclasses, and media launches across Canada. She has written extensively for whisky publications, and has been featured as a whisky personality on CHCH TV, Glabal TV, Daytime Ottarra, FolioYVR, Wander Eater and Sharp Magazine. Previously, she could be found co-hosting the popular whisky podcast, The Whisky Topic.

One of the amazing woman we’re hosting is Reece Sims — an award-winning entrepreneur, educator, and writer with expertise in drink trends, flavor pairings, and beverage market insights. As a former bartender and top-performing Sales Manager, she founded SIP Spirits Consulting Inc. to deliver experiential marketing solutions for beverage brands. In addition, she runs Flavor Camp® a program for sensory skill development and is the Publisher for the Flavour Report magazine.
