Isang tatay ang lumapit sakin kanina para sabihin na may gift daw ako sa storytelling at I am a good addition sa team daw ng daycare. Ang saya lang marinig. It means impakto tayo. May impact pala 😃

Akala ko tapos na ako sa ganto. In fact, kakagraduate ko nga lang last month.

I was misjudged and misunderstood too!!!

There are many among us who are often misunderstood and misjudged not for who we truly are, but for how we are perceived. We are mocked, dismissed, and spoken of with little understanding. Yet those words carry no real weight.

Take, for example, Jave Arnaiz, whose “surfing on the street” video went viral. He was unfairly labeled a drug addict, called mentally unstable, and even received death threats. But as he said:

“I never let their words break me. I never let their judgment define me. I turned every insult into fuel—every doubt into a reason to fight harder.

So to anyone who's ever been mocked, misjudged, or misunderstood—don't let them write your story.
You are more than what they see.
You are purpose. You are strength.
And with faith, grit, and grace, you’ll rise above it all.

Let this be an eye opener: Value yourself. Believe in your worth. God is walking beside you—every step of the way. Trust God's plan y'all.”

For in quiet strength, we rise, not in spite of the judgment, but beyond it.

Our first day of teaching in the Early Learning and Childcare Program at NorQuest College yesterday was a bit awkward. Sinabi ko rin na, as a newbie in the field of early learning, parang hindi pa ako ready magturo dito. She let out a shriek saying, “Same!” 🤪

The second day, which is today, mukhang okay-okay na. We both felt na parang we're starting to vibe and we have more confidence now to crack jokes and just be ourselves. First week pa lang ito, at may 11 more weeks pa. Malayo pa, pero malayo na!
