When I say I want to work out again, It’s not just getting the body back. In motherhood, workout goals look a little different.

I’m not training for a bikini contest. I’m training so I can vacuum the house with one hand while holding my 10-month-old with the other.
My baby wants to be held constantly, even during household chores and carrying a growing toddler, chasing her down when she makes a break for it, and constantly bending and balancing to keep her safe.
Motherhood is physically demanding, I want to lift weights and tone my body not to fit into a certain size, but to build the real-world strength and energy this job requires.

Working out isn't about fitting an aesthetic standard anymore—it’s about having the strength, endurance, and capability to handle the everyday heavy lifting of raising little humans.

Hands down one of the best community events we’ve been to! 🚒 We checked out the Fire Station Open House last Saturday, the last one amongst all the open houses that opened that started 2 months ago and the little man learned all about the incredible tools firefighters use and what it takes to protect our neighborhood. Seeing how excited he got learning from real heroes was priceless. He's definitely ready for his dream job!

May Night Market sa Edmonton tara puntahan natin.

This is a 3 nights activity na maraming benta ng food, activities and the also the right market to support small businesses and local vendors.
May live music, amazing community energy especially ang daming pinoy ang nagbebenta dito, so kung lasang pinas ang hanap nio marami dito.
This is located at Booster Juice Rec Center fron 4-11pm August 28-30.
