I have been always in love with cooking ever since.
PASTRIES
Way back in college, I have been baking and selling Macaroons, Chocolate Fudge Brownies and Butter Scotch Brownies. I kept selling this delicious pastries to my boyfriend, which is now my beloved husband. Sold baked goods at School, as well as on Fish Port.
Through the years, I have developed, tested, and improved the usual recipes seen on the Market. I always have the passion to bring out more of what the usual flavors this pastries have. From Macaroons, Brownies, Mamon, Creme Brulee, Breads, Cheese Cakes, Chiffon Cakes, Chocolate Moist Cake, Meat Buns, and so much more.
