Tertullian was one of the most influential and educated Christian theologians of his age, but after embracing Montanism, he made an argument in "On Monogamy" that I cannot stop thinking about. I trace how his view of the Paraclete, continuing revelation, and the unfolding of Christian teaching led him to a shocking conclusion with serious consequences, then show why the same underlying error still appears among Christians today.

Encouraging trans testimony. A good reminder for us to be patient while people wrestle with the Lord and make changes in their life. Sanctification is messy and not all critical changes happen at once, especially when you've lived a dark life. Be patient and prayerful.
