👰🏻 Nuestra boda no fue planeada durante meses… fue resuelta en modo express.

Cinco años de compromiso, una bebé que ya tiene 3 años, documentos perdidos, papeles vencidos y aproximadamente 893 razones por las que nuestra boda se seguía posponiendo… 😞 🤍

Pero esta vez Dios lo permitió y, finalmente, todo se alineó.

Así que ahí estábamos, mi hija y yo, preparándonos para nuestra boda: muy espontánea, muy personal y, probablemente, la Express Wedding de la década. 😂

Sin meses de planeación, sin una gran producción. Solo nosotros tres y nuestros testigos, listos para que por fin pudiera decirle “sí, acepto” a mi amado Kenan Olivier. 🤍

Obviously… me arreglé con un vestido personalizado en lino de y con mi pequeña asistente favorita a mi lado. 🌴✨

🇨🇦 CANADA… I’M COMING BACK.

This September, we’ll be back in Canada for two weeks before continuing on to our next destination… and this time, I’m bringing a little piece of Colombia with me. 🇨🇴🌴

For the next two weeks, my Canadian community can pre-order anything from Cocora Bay Resortwear and I’ll personally bring your order with me from Colombia.

I won’t be travelling with our full inventory, so I’ll only be bringing pieces that have been ordered in advance.

We’ll be in transit during the last week of August and arriving in Canada during the first week of September, so orders need to be placed before August 23.

Salí pensando en exportaciones después de que me invitaran a una rueda de servicios empresariales y financieros organizada por la Cámara de Comercio… y obviamente Cocora Bay estuvo presente 🌴

Me encantó compartir con otras mujeres emprendedoras que admiro muchísimo, conocer productos hechos aquí mismo en el Putumayo y escuchar todas las posibilidades que existen para fortalecer nuestros negocios.

A veces uno siente que emprender es solo vender… pero también es aprender, regularizarse, crecer, hacer contactos y atreverse a pensar más grande.

Salí de este evento recordando algo muy importante:
si queremos llevar nuestros productos al mundo, también tenemos que construir empresas fuertes detrás de nuestros sueños.

Y sí… definitivamente es momento de ponerme al día con la DIAN 😅 prometido.
Creo que oficialmente necesito contador.

Hace un año ni siquiera asistía a este tipo de eventos.
Hoy salgo de aquí pensando en exportación, crecimiento y en todo lo que puede llegar a ser nuestra primera colección de vestidos de baño como marca propia 🤍

Empezar en el Putumayo y reconectar con mis raíces me ha dado una fuerza enorme.
Y honestamente… me emociona muchísimo pensar hasta dónde puede llegar Cocora Bay.

A quienes están emprendiendo:
anímense a aprender, a regularizarse y a mostrarse.
Uno nunca sabe qué puerta puede abrir un evento como este ✨
