With gentle eyes and a loving heart,
You've been my joy right from the start.
Through happy days and times of tears,
You've stayed beside me through the years.
A wagging tail, a warm embrace,
You bring sunshine to every place.
You ask for little, yet give so much,
A healing presence, a comforting touch.
A faithful friend, so pure and true,
