Our show home is the perfect example…

After permits were approved, we made a last-minute decision to curve the staircase and add drywall details that weren’t in the original plans.

Was it easy? Not particularly.

Did it require creativity and trust? Absolutely.

But here’s the thing…

This show home would feel completely different without that curved staircase.
