The easiest campfire treat that tastes like a caramel apple crossed with a candy bar ๐Ÿคค Trust me this camping recipe will put your s'mores to shame.

๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ”ฅ CAMPFIRE MACKINTOSH CARAMEL APPLES

โœจ WHAT YOU NEED
๐ŸŽ Apples
๐Ÿฌ Mackintoshโ€™s Toffee
๐Ÿฅ› Sweetened condensed milk
๐Ÿชต Wooden dowels (I found these ones in the craft aisle)
๐ŸคŽ Skor bits
๐Ÿฅœ Chopped peanuts
๐ŸŒˆ Sprinkles or whatever toppings youโ€™re craving!

๐Ÿ”ฅ HOW TO MAKE THEM

1. Melt it.
Unwrap the Mackintosh caramel and toss it into a cast-iron skillet with a few tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk.

2. Get it gooey.
Place your skillet over the campfire and stir frequently until melted and silky smooth. Add more condensed milk as needed while it melts to get the perfect dipping consistency.

3. Dip! ๐ŸŽ
Stick wooden dowels into your apples and roll them through that warm, gooey caramel.

4. Load them up. ๐Ÿคค
Immediately roll in Skor bits, peanuts, sprinkles, oreos, reeces, pretzels, chocolate chipsโ€ฆ the possibilities are endless!

5. Let them set.
Place on parchment paper and let the caramel firm up.

If you love refreshing cocktails with a little kick, you NEED to try this jalapeรฑo tequila cocktail. The fresh lemon and mint make it super refreshing, while the jalapeรฑo adds just the right amount of heat.

๐Ÿ‹ Spicy Mint Tequila Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients for 1 drink:
โ€ข 1 oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice
โ€ข 1 oz simple syrup
โ€ข 1 oz tequila (or more ๐Ÿ˜‰)
โ€ข 3 oz water
โ€ข Fresh mint, muddled
โ€ข 2โ€“3 jalapeรฑo slices
โ€ข Lemon slice
โ€ข Ice

How to make it:
Muddle fresh mint in a glass. Add fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, tequila, water and jalapeรฑo slices. Fill with ice and stir well. Garnish with a lemon slice, jalapeno and fresh mint. ๐Ÿ‹๐ŸŒฟ

Make simple syrup in advance (boil 1 part cane sugar to 1 part water 1 cup/1 cup store in mason jar in fridge)
