Your feet are the literal foundation of every move that you make. So why are they rarely the focus of our attention?
Join me on Thursday for this weeknight workshop that will have your feet smiling and your body thanking you.

Ideal for people who struggle with plantar fasciitis, bunions, neuromas, balance issues, mobility limitations, or if you spend long hours on your feet.

Can't make the workshop in-person? I am hosting it virtually as well so you can join from anywhere and all registrants will recieve the recording.

Fascial balls will be supplied during the workshop - for home use a tennis ball or rolled up socks will work!

This past weekend was filled with community, laughter, song, movement, laughter, dance, food, laughter, and ritual.
Spaces like this reminds me of something that can be easy to forget as adultsā€¦ Making new connections can feel awkward, vulnerable, and uncomfortable. We become settled in our routines, our responsibilities, and the circles weā€™ve known for years. Putting ourselves into new spaces isnā€™t always easy.

And yet this weekend was proof that we donā€™t have to do this life alone.

There was no expectation to be anyone other than you are in this space. And it was a beautiful reminder that there is space for each of us here.

To everyone who showed up with open hearts, curious minds, and a willingness to connectā€¦ I am grateful. Thank you for your presence, your stories, your kindness, your laughter, and for helping to create something that felt both deeply nourishing and beautifully human.

To my colleague Trista Davis, thank you for walking this path with me. The last time I hosted a retreat I had a family member pass away only a few days beforeā€¦ And while I was in community, it also felt very lonely - I led that retreat through my grief. Trista, you have shown me that to lean on my colleagues actually makes me a better facilitator, not a weaker one. I am immensely grateful for you as a friend, guide, and business ally.

Above Average Wellness & I are not done creating spaces like this. Restival 2.0 is already planned for 2027.

A workshop you can join from anywhere in the world! And if you can't attend the live workshop, you get the recording - Your feet will thank you.

This workshop is especially helpful if you deal with plantar fasciiitis, bunions, tight calves, foot pain, poor balance, knee discomfort, hip tension, low back pain, or if you spend a lot of time standing, walking, teaching, caring for others, or moving through life on tired feet.
