Phishing Alert!

This is a fake RBC email, it uses the RBC official logo and I’m sharing this to help others spot the red flags:

“Dear Customer” – RBC knows your name. Generic greetings are a major warning sign.

Sketchy sender address – This one had random numbers and a weird domain.

Mixed languages / messy formatting – A common giveaway that the email was copied from multiple templates.

And honestly… I feel like we don’t talk about this enough.
Most people only hear about scams through a friend-of-a-friend or the odd documentary. Meanwhile, this stuff shows up in our inboxes every single day.

If you ever get something suspicious, the most important thing you can do is report it. Reporting these helps shut these down faster and protect your friends, your family, and the whole community.

I’m only a few days into using , and I’ve got to say, it’s exactly what I needed. The reflections, insights, and structure it gives you are next level. Every session leaves me clearer about what to focus on and why. The AI-generated images that represent your journal entries can be a little off sometimes, but I love the concept..

I actually feel like I’m making progress every day, and it’s not costing me $400 a session.
