Recently, we were pleased to see several of the cadets who were on our most recent Virtual Basic Amateur Radio Qualification (BARQ) step forward to write their Government of Canada Basic Amateur Radio Exams. Niagara Sea Cadets were successful in having three of their cadets receive this federal qualification standard!

Today we'd like to congratulate Cadet Param Bhandari, on his successful completion of the supervised federal exam! Receiving a passing grade of 93% on the 100 question STEM based exam, he has been granted the call letters . This qualification represents the investment of many hours of instruction, and study by this cadet.
