Very sad news this morning for the Fort McMurray photography community. We’ve lost a beautiful soul today. While I didn’t know Karla-Rae well, I will never forget standing in line outside of her house a few months after Jaylen was born to get his very first Halloween photo. She was so patient and caring and that’s a memory I’ll cherish for a lifetime. Our thoughts are with her family. Rest in peace beautiful and thanks for all the memories you’ve captured for countless people over the years - Diana

We're in the process of getting into the Christmas spirit down at The Studio! Here's an example of some of the spaces being setup for photographers to do Christmas photo shoots! We have some props available but photographers can get creative and bring their own to customize the space to their liking. Imagine beautiful photos of reading a children's book, sipping on hot cocoa, snuggling up with a warm blanket - the ideas are endless and you can create them down at The Studio!

We have two other scenes being setup in the coming days - an outdoor-looking scene with snow and presents, and an indoor scene in front of a fireplace with a Christmas tree and decorations. We'll post photos once it's all ready to go!

It has been a hot minute since we posted on here. Life gets busy and before you know it - P**F - 6 months have passed. Where does the time go 🤔

Momentum is picking up at The Studio these days though and we are very much still in business. We've got some new furniture that we'll be posting in the coming days, a Membership program that we'll be rolling out this next week, and we're also looking forward to entertaining a photography booking this Sunday!

We also want to give a shoutout to Telus STORYHIVE for taking time to interview us this afternoon. We can't wait to see that on Telus Optik towards the end of the month.

Did we also mention - we have A/C??? That's right - it's nice and cool in The Studio so book your photoshoot, videoshoot or podcast recording session and we hope to see you soon!
