Free Family things in & around YMM for the Summer:

-Gregoire Lake for a beach day!

-Spray parks are open daily from 8am-10pm (Borealis Spray Park, J. Howard Pew, Parsons Creek North, Lakewood, Syncrude Athletic Park, and Kiyām park)

-A walk in the forest checking out a new trail!

-Check out for lots of free programs and sign up on the website.

-Maqua lake beach day!

- has tons of daily programs, check their website to sign up.

- .ridge has a bunch of free activities including a bike park, parkour park and so much more!

-Follow for the BEST playground reviews!

-Check out all the foxes and the Tree of Faces near

Micisowin Farmers Market -Every Saturday 11-3pm at the Holy Trinity Parking lot, make sure you’re following their instagram for the weekly vendor list!

Kids Golf Lessons -Wednesday’s in June from 6-7pm at Golf Course! No registration required, it’s for kids 6-18. Check their Instagram for all the details.
(If you don’t have clubs don’t worry they have some extra!)

Kick off summer from higher ground! .ridge Aerial park is open for the season June. 13th, you can book online (open on weekends) ! There are 2 different heights but you must be 6+ with sturdy footwear!

Giants vs. Lethbridge Bulls June. 12th at 7:05pm, June. 13th at 7:05pm, June. 14th at 7:05pm and June. 15th at 2pm (Fathers Day)

Europa Super Circus is coming to Center Fire Place under the Big Top!

Spring Fair -June. 12-16th
You can get the early bird bracelets until June. 11th on the website ($45 instead of $55). Visit the website for hours of operation and tickets

Community Yard Sale -June. 14th from 10-2pm at Greely Rd. School

BarkingLot Paw-ty -June. 14th from 11-5pm at
The Little Pet Company
There will be treat samples, all day pet adoptions, giveaways, donations and more!

Father’s Day Bluey Party -June. 14th from 10-12pm at the Library! This is a free drop-in party, costumes are welcome and it’s for ages 0-5 years old.

Bike Rodeo -June. 14th from 11-3pm at the RCMP detachment (105 Paquette Dr.). Bring your bikes and helmets to take part in a skill testing obstacle course! There will be a BBQ and mascots there as well.

Supertest Speedway Motorsports Park icebreaker rain delay -June. 14th starting at 3pm at Area 63 Motorsports Park.
Tickets: Adults: $20, Youth: $10 and kids 5& under are free!

Fort City Car Show -June. 15th from 10-3:30pm at Fort City Church. There will be an amazing car show, kids zone and a BBQ by donation.
