This is Ghost Font, created by designer Eric Lu as a way to mask messages against AI usage. as long as the image is moving you can read it, but once it stops it becomes invisible.
Ideas like this may be eventually implemented in things like CAPTCHA systems to determine if someone is human or not. either way, anything that goes against AI is good for me.
