A different kind of post from Tita today. ❤️

April → September.

I’m not sharing this because I think one body is better than another. I’m sharing it because I wanted to see what consistency could do for me.

I started at 145 lbs in June. Today I’m 125 lbs.

Hindi perfect. May days na ganado, may days na hindi. 😂 But I kept coming back.

And looking through these photos, that’s actually what I’m most proud of.

Not the smaller number. The fact that I didn’t give up on myself. ❤️
