We would like to highlight some of the very positive feedback we have received from patients these last few months and share with others that may be in the same situation. One patient was suffering from hip pain so bad that they were having difficulty walking around their own house. The patient decided to expedite their MRI scan instead of waiting in excess of 4 months in the public system by booking an appointment with our facility which we were able to accommodate within a few days. This resulted in the patient being booked with a specialist right after they received our report, which has now started the process for a consult and possibly surgery. The patient was so thankful that they were able to find out what was wrong and now on their path to getting it fixed. Another patient had back pain that stopped them being able to provide services in their self-employed business, causing them significant loss of income, yet was told they would have to wait several months before getting an MRI at their local hospital. The patient decided to expedite their MRI scan with us, and is now heading outside our country to have their surgery done. These are only a few of many calls we have received from patients after their scan at our facility, expressing their thanks for helping them get their MRI or Ultrasound imaging with no waiting.
