My passion is helping others help themselves succeeding with their own online business. Hi! That got me looking and how I came to find this business.

My name is Paula and I could say I have worn many hats through my life. I have been married for 39 years, have 3 adult sons, 1 son is married that has blessed me with 2 beautiful granddaughters. We live in a more rural are in Alberta Canada and we love this lifestyle. For over 10 years I have worked in the healthcare field as a Therapy Assistant in Rehab. Before that I was a Stay at Home Mom for 1

7 years and I treasured those years. The last few years I have changed avenues and taken up working as an Educational Assistant in the school system. Our middle son was born with major physical & medical issues that took my focus to help him through those rough years when he required lots of medical appointments, surgeries, hospital stays & at times just getting through life. I believe through this journey is how I become so passionate of helping others have a better life. Another hat I put on was finding a way to have more security for our future. I believe you will find what you need when your are open to receiving it. Having a successful online business gives me the peace of mind that everything will be ok. Over the years of not knowing with our son and fighting for his needs put a financial strain on us. That is why I feel so blessed on finding this business. Now we can live with the peace of mind that everything is going to be alright. Another reason I was drawn to this business is I am still helping others. My goal is help others like yourself build the life that you truly desire.

Our tradition of searching, finding and cutting down our Christmas tree is in the books!

We had a great day with family and friends to get together and find the "perfect" Christmas tree!
I am extremely lucky that I am able to go out onto my parent's land and hunt for our tree. Through the years we have been with many families and I cherish each of them.

It always feels like it's the beginning of our Christmas! 🎄🎁

One thing I am focusing on this year........ 👀

This season looks way different than any other year. For many years I have wanted to renovate my kitchen, but it just didn't seem that it was a priority. It wasn't like things were falling apart or not working, I just wanted an update! Who could blame me, I don't think anything really changed since the house was built in 1961.

This summer we decided it was time. Of course it does take longer than planned. Now with Christmas getting near I decided one thing.

IT'S OK THAT THINGS ARE GOING TO BE DIFFERENT THIS YEAR.
❌ There will not be lots of decorations all around the house this year.
❌ There will not be lots of Christmas lights hung up outside.
❌ There will not be very much holiday baking being done.

And you know what I am ok with that! It did take me time to figure that out. I had to let go of what expectations I always have for Christmas. I let go that I don't need to host Christmas this year.

Mindset has been my focus this year that it is going to be a great Christmas even with things being different.

Here’s a simple way to find your peace in December: ITS OK TO SAY NO!

🎄 Everything gets so busy and you feel that you should go because they asked you. But you need to keep your sanity and feel that it's ok to say "Thank you I really appreciate your invitation, but unfortunately I have to say NO I can't make it.

🎄 Every year you help with the Christmas Concert even though your children have not participated in years. It's ok to say NO, I think it's time to let some fresh new ideas come in from mom's that have children in the concert. Just because you have done it for years doesn't mean you have to continue.

🎄 You have 3 things to go to in 1 night. It's ok to pick one and say NO to the others.. You deserve to pick one and really enjoy your time without worrying that you have 2 more places to be.

Let's support each other on finding our boundaries without guilt.

I have always had a real tree my whole life. In fact I don't even own an artificial tree!
I am so fortunate that I am able to go out to my parents farm to find my tree. We go trecking out into the fields and find that perfect tree! Well, I admit some years they definitely looked better out there!

But in the end with all the lights, garland, and special christmas balls they always look beautiful.

As many of you know we are in the process of renovating our kitchen. The other day we were talking down some more cupboards. Look what we found. I'm sure this wallpaper is from back into the 70's at least!

The funny thing is we had some mixed reviews on it. Myself I couldn't rip it down fast enough, I had one suggest to keep pieces for a craft, and others thought it looked pretty good!

What are your thoughts? What would you have done with this wallpaper?

This is MY Community and Very Proud!

I wanted to share because you don't see this everyday. I grew up on a farm and have lived in farm communities since. For the past 3 years our community has gotten together and used this as a fundraiser. So many different farmers and local business stepped up and did their part.

If you are currently or came from a farm then reminisce and enjoy the video.

For anyone that isn't familiar with farming please enjoy and see what can happen when everyone comes together.

I have a funny story for you!! 😃

Last night was our our 9th Anniversary Celebration with awards been giving out to some very deserving business owners. It was so uplifting to hear all the fabulous inspirational stories!

Anyway I was loving watching all these awards being given out. There were 16 awards and as the meeting went on I noticed my laptop battery was getting low. I tend to be a bit of a risk taker, so I did a good estimate and figured I could make till the end without charging. The silly thing is that the charger was just upstairs!!

As the meeting went on my my battery kept creeping down from 10% then noticed it being 5%, 4%, 2%. I think there were a couple more awards so it should be good, right!?!?!

Then it turned to 1%. Then Mike announced there was an additional award - "Showing Up Anyway - Connection & Clarity". As Mike was reading the what the award was about my laptop died.

I figured oh well I will find out later, no biggie as I knew that it was the end of the celebration! Then a good friend and a fellow business owner texted me. "Congratulations Paula! That's awesome". I couldn't believe it! She then told me I was a runner up!

I couldn't believe it!!! I was so shocked, plus so honoured that I was considered! This award is part of a group that I have been doing the past few months and have gained so much from it!

So lessoned learned, not to be lazy and go UPSTAIRS and get that charger!!
