"I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience here!!! Tyler was amazing. I originally came in super frustrated with my Telus service because it just wasn’t working properly at home (where I might add I was promised it would work over the phone!) like I could barely get any signal. I was ready to fully switch providers but when I came in to cancel Tyler took the time to actually look into my settings and noticed something was off. He turned on something called wireless calling (I had no idea that was even a thing??) and just like tht BOOM! My calls started working perfectly again. I was beyond shocked honestly.

He could’ve just cancelled me and sent me on my way, but instead he actually listened figured out the problem and fixed it. like, who does that anymore? Totally went above and beyond and I left so happy and grateful. Head above the clouds type of experience.

Because of how helpful and kind he was, I ended up coming back a couple days later to upgrade to a new phone (finally). I didn’t even think twice about where to go this time I went straight back to this location in Courtenay because I knew I would be taken care of.

If you want someone who actually knows what they’re doing and treats you like a real person and not just a wallet to take money from go and see Tyler. Honestly best service I’ve ever had in a cell phone shop hands down!"

"August was truly phenomenal! I went in just to ask for options around the now I need to Bring it Back email I received He explained everything and proceeded to set me up with a new phone though I am techno-challenged he was incredibly patient, focused and when I couldn’t remember a simple passcode he calmly did much troubleshooting and got past it. The whole experience was perfect!"
