Well, after a year in a depression rutt, due to many
reasons that include, but are not limited to:

My nan-in-law, a very awesome, and outgoing person, and one of my fiancées best friends, had passed away; leaving my fiancée in a dark place for months; and me being strong for her, and trying to take the anger (just pure anger at the world) that she felt and projected, and try not to take it personally.

For those whom also have adhd, you know how hard that is lol

My BPD and ADHD had hit a big low (I hadnt felt since maybe My Own best friend, my Pa, passed away when I was younger) point after this.

I was taking on all kinds of work, trying to be nice, when inside I was overwhelmed, and crying for help and relief...

Thats why I had to stop making videos for a while. I needed to ask the doctor for help, of which took me till about a month n half ago.. and just tackle one thing at a time.

On top of this I run an ARK: Ascended cluster, and ascended has had a rocky time for the past year too, and that work kept me busy af.

The medication the doctor put me on, and my change of focus, and priority based working has allowed me to finally stick my head back up above the dark, harsh waves of depression, and not feel so overwhelmed. I am also not foggy while waking up anymore; that really helps me get my day started much earlier than the 3h it took me to "feel normal" (as normal as was possible) every day before..

PLEASE IF YOU NEED HELP, IF YOU ARE DOWN, AND SORE, AND TIRED, AND FOGGY HEADED EVERY DAY, SEE YOUR DOCTOR!!
I cannot stress this enough; no matter your beliefs, the medical system is there to help, and they can, and will, you just need to have patience and be able to ask for the help, thats all.

Thank you for reading this far, and if you do, you are one of the reasons that makes me want to do the things I like doing, and so...

I have started recording again!!!

I have found a game that invokes a lot of feeling, and is actually quite intense for a "Cinematic" like game. Stay tuned for more info!!

I will also do a full ark playthrough if folks still want it, and Stalker 2 also. Lemme kno in the comments.

Hughs Humble Home Servers are going down until Mods are updated to match the upgrade of URE to 5.5.4 from 5.2.
Estimated return is Friday the 13th of June.

Well, it has been a while...
I do apologize for that, though I have very good reasons for my absence.
where do I start... Well. After I had finished with the intro to what was going to be my next series, and still might be, and the holidays wound down, my carpal tunnel had gotten real bad when I returned to my CompTIA A+ studies (main reason it's taking me so long) as there is like 2 pages of notes per 5min of video, and I'm not even exaggerating lol

When I write, roll a filter for a dube, or anything that I have my hands "cramped up", for the past year or so, a lump forms kind of between my first and second fingers just past the knuckle (towards the wrist from the fingers) and it Aches something fierce; I would put it at a solid 8 on my pain-o-meter (I was a dumb kid, lot of pain lol).

I've been dealing with that daily trying to keep on track with school...

Also, I got lucky enough to land a 1-time Office expansion IT job where I planned the layout, and added/configured Active Directory to accomodate the different additions to their departments, and I also made suggestions on hardware, and setup to segregate their network from the internet (as security is tight with the type of business it is). And as payment, I was given my choice of hardware to build myself a new PC worthy of todays standards, as well as 2x Raspberry Pi setups, and an 8TB drive (a Pi4 and a Pi5, to build a NAS and media server [doing more than that with them ;) ] ) as I needed a secondary backup solution (trying to keep with the 3-2-1 rule).

They were impressed, I got my payment, and all was well.
Until...
when I moved my personal stuff from my old tower (made that one strictly for game servers like our ARK cluster), one of my drives, the one I kept my backup at the time (before I could set up the NAS...) failed... and then frazzled by that, I forgot to save my SP ARK savefile that I was using for The New Island playthrough when I set my new PC up... So, THAT ARK playthrough is no more, but I WILL make another in the future.

My health hasn't been the best lately either tbh. I'm rising late, to bed late. Barely sleeping. Arms constantly feeling numb along the outter edge/pinky (CTS of course), I had pulled a muscle in my shoulder and that put me out of commision for a while too. Depression, and anxiety has also been bad lately... I have a doc. apt. the end of this month, but they only take a couple issues at a time, so this might take a bit till I'm feeling back to my chipper self lol.

With all this, and the obligations I feel I should do, as I've given my word, It's been making me feel quite overwhelmed (I am also trying to start up an IT business), and this has made me a bit snappy, and assumptuous and has kinda put strain on my relationship also. So, moving forward, I am putting youtube on hold for now, going to focus on Studies, and the Love of My Life! and of course, my health.

Well, I dont have enough followers to have Actually expected anyone to look, and comment, and so of course I was gonna keep working on that intro! I put more effect into it, but I am split on two... Hopefully I can get some opinions as to which one to use lol

I finally had a bit of inspiration, and got to work when I realized what I needed was already infront of me!
It's really hard during the winter season, with all the darkness around us, to not get caught up in our depression(s)... I hope you All are doing well. I am, It's just taking more time than I would like. Thank you for your patience.

Here are 3 intros to my new series I'm recording,
the first two only the transition is different,
and the third is just a showcase of some of the things I can do if I don't keep it simple like the first two, to maybe inspire ideas for suggestions!

Lemme know what you think, any suggestions or ideas too! of course Imma keep working on it regardless lol so mainly, do you think its a good foundation to work with? or should I look elsewhere?

ARK Ascended Server Cluster looking for inhabitants 😉

Hello my friends, I'm Hugh Hustla, and I have a server
cluster up, and it has been fully wiped to add the new
map that was released, Extinction! to the lineup, and
give Everyone a fair shot at Ruling the ARK maps! The
only maps we do not have are Mod, and premium maps. All
others from the island, ScorchedEarth, Aberration, The
Center, Club ARK, and of course Extinction! are in the
cluster, and waiting to be conquered!

I welcome Any and Everyone to come join in the Journey
across the maps/Story, whether it be on your own, with
your own tribe(10 player limit), or even with us in Our
Tribe(limit applies to me too lol).

MY GODS ITS BEEN TOO LONG!!!!!
I am so sorry for the wait, life has been hectic this year, and
I really appreciate your patience. The wait is almost over though!
I have just started fitting recording back into my schedule, and
to kick it off, I am actually going to play a Brand New Game!!

STALKER 2: HEART OF CHERNOBYL!!!
a game us stalker fans have been waiting around 15 years for!

Keep your eyes peeled for when I start announcing the episodes
being uploaded to be seen. From what I've seen so far, this is going
to be ONE WILD RIDE!!!

Yes, of course I will get back to some ARK: Ascended also, I just
thought it would be fun to do something different :)

Next post I will post my extensive list of games I own, Please take
the time to go through them and mention ANY of them to me that

I'm Hugh Hustla (in Many games), an IT Specialist (among many other things lol), and I also have a tiny YT Channel by the Same name- Hughs Humble Home, where I record my raw gameplay throughout all the story maps. (on hiatus due to studies, though will start again soon-ish)

Now, To Business lol

I wanted to invite those that need a quiet, "small", "local", Cross-Play server to call home, to my cluster of ALL official maps. For Free of course :)

odd though, not available for download yet, but you can add it to your library in STEAM

Also, I now have 80GB of RAM, AND am using the 10GB line on my router. I will have all ARK Ascended maps up at the same time, and I can support up to 20! players instead of just 8 like before. Come join us, it is Cross Platform, and so doesn't matter what you own it on, you can play with us!
