The Staysh

The Staysh FauxPop Media's - Your friendly neighbourhood media producer So tune in, turn on and make yourself at home. Channel One on your set top box.

The Channel One initiative, made possible by Hay Communications and Huron Telecommunications Co-operative Limited is powered by FauxPop Media and has served over 10,000 area households with high-end, broadcast-ready local content available through their cable TV providers. But these 150+ episodes of issues, features and human interest stories do much more than entertain – they serve a need that is

not being met in many similar communities. With the demise of local TV programming in so many areas, it can be difficult for residents to find one place for high-quality programming that allows them to “see” themselves, their friends, family and neighbours – and the community of stories that defines them. Our subscribers are tuning in to a media outlet with stories shot and produced right here in Southwestern Ontario, but with a level of quality rarely seen in a local broadcast.
