Feb 2, 2025, I started the R3 program, hoping for a change—not necessarily even with my weight, but in how I felt. As a busy mom of 3, postpartum, I needed something that fit into my life without making me feel overwhelmed. Now, 12 weeks later, I can confidently say, this did the job! 💪🏼
R3 stands for Reset, Reintroduce, and Real Life—a simple, sustainable approach to fueling your body with what it truly needs. It focuses on protein, fiber, and proper supplementation to fill nutritional gaps, helping you feel your best while still enjoying real food and real life.

Our next challenge start June 2!
We do these challenges a few times a year and they are so successful. If you are looking for accountability on reaching your goals, this is it. There is daily accountability, daily live workouts or you can do them later, live meal planning and guest chefs. I followed a youtube program for exercise. 30-35 mins tops. Not to mention this plan was created for everyone. It’s science. You don’t have to weigh food, count calories. You eat according to hunger (intuitive eating). No shakes, patches or needles. Only Whole Foods and your essential vitamins and minerals.
