This is some of the less specialized testing we have to do. When the suspension squeaks, we need to find which of the parts are causing the noise. The only way to do that is make it bounce!

A work out and a stethoscope makes for a successful diagnosis and a lot of giggles!

The reason having a VIN number is so important when doing quotes. And sometimes we still dont know what part till we remove it and look at it.

These are the options for an oil filter for a Mercedes E400. We ordered all of them so we can try and eliminate as many delays as possible.

Why do we keep the vehicle for the day and not just a set time for appointments?

We have a lot of diagnostic/testing jobs and bigger jobs and vehicles that take a lot of time, focus, and carry over into the next day(s). With having vehicles dropped off for the day, we can get jobs squeezed in every chance a tech has free time in order to complete as much work as possible to get customers in our shop quicker.

We also do a free inspection on every single job when they arrive, so as the job is signed in, it gets a check-in done, then goes to queue for the Inspection (DVI- Digital Vehicle Inspection), then after that, the next available technician gets assigned the job. Our focus is to have all inspections completed first in the mornings, then the advisors can get quotes made, customers called, and parts ordered. Once that is all completed, the repairs can all be started and ideally, completed by 5pm. As mentioned, some larger jobs do carry over into the next work day with confirmation from the customers.

We have a tech or 2 that are prioritized for quicker tasks like oil services and tire changes throughout the day as well.

Due to our processes and clientele, we can not operate on a set time appt basis. It would never work. We do prioritize customers and their needs and requests the best we can. We get you in as quick as possible as well.

We do offer shuttle services, loaner vehicles, and after hours drop-offs and pick-ups to help accommodate our hours and appointment requirements.

Cleaning out your vehicle prior to your appt helps ensure the technicians:
- Have easy access to interior components as needed for repairs or testing.
- Prevents your valuables from damage, theft, etc.
- Keeps a sanitary and safe work environment for the technicians.
- Avoids additional fees for the shop having to clean out the vehicle or the repairs being refused due to clutter.
- Avoids spoiled food or drinks if the vehicle is in the shop for multiple days.

It does not take long to de-clutter and tidy up your vehicle before services. It helps everyone in the long run and shows respect and courtesy to others as well as your self.

We do not need it vacuumed and spotless, just clear and safe.

We appreciate all our customers and what they do for us on a daily basis. Everyone's health and safety are always our #1 priority.
