: RCMP in report that Curtis Halladay has been arrested and there is no ongoing risk to the community. Thank you to the public for your cooperation.

RCMP in are issuing a dangerous person alert for Northwestern Alberta. The alert is in effect for Northwestern Alberta, between Grande Prairie, , and the B.C. border.

An extremely dangerous man, Curtis Halladay (42), has multiple fi****ms and has already shot at multiple individuals near Grande Prairie. He is now on the run in a black 2022 Ford F-350, licence plate CMZ0105. Curtis was last known to be in the area Northwest of Grande Prairie near .

If you are in areas bounded by Grande Prairie on the southeast, west along Highway 43 to the B.C. border, and along Highway 2 north to Rycroft and west to the B.C. border along Highway 49, be on the lookout for a man driving this vehicle. If you see the suspect, do not approach. Curtis is armed and very dangerous. Avoid all contact and call 911 immediately.

Curtis Halladay is described as;
• Fair complexion;
• 6 feet 3 inches tall;
• Brown hair;
• Brown eyes;
• 249 pounds.

This is an Alberta Emergency Alert. Alberta RCMP have cancelled the Dangerous Person Alert.

This alert is no longer in effect.

The suspect has been apprehended by police. He is now in custody and is no longer a threat to the community.
