Identity Film Camps

We had a small but mighty group for the Peace River film camp. The kids were fantastic. So creative and engaged in the process. Wrote a short film coming up with the ideas and characters themselves! Big thanks to the town of Peace River and Peace Players for the use of Athabasca Hall! It was the perfect venue for the film we made. Shoutout to the fire dept and peace officers too. Stay tuned for a spooky story coming around Halloween!

Identity Film Camp LIVE is a free, Indigenous-led 5-day film daycamp for youth ages 12–17 hosted by TDEP Productions and C.I.A Solutions INC. Through hands-on training in filmmaking, live production, and storytelling, the camp supports Indigenous youth voices while welcoming participants from all backgrounds.

Two camp sessions are available:
• Grande Prairie, AB — July 6–10, 2026
• Peace River, AB — July 13–17, 2026

Designed for youth interested in filmmaking, video production, and live streaming, participants will work together to create and perform a Saturday Night Live-style show that will be streamed live.

Throughout the week, youth will gain hands-on experience with professional video and streaming equipment while learning from industry mentors with real-world film and television experience. Participants will explore writing, directing, acting, filming, lighting, sound recording, live production, and more.
