THE 555 (The Five Five Five) is a multi-genre artist hailing from Sudbury. Their live shows are a unique experience as they perform live electronic beats without any computers, instead choosing to play synthesizers, drum machines, and samplers live. Always experimenting, their sound is constantly evolving; from 2016’s I Don’t Know What I’m Doing’s indie electronic vibes to 2019’s Less Polish More Dirt’s hard-hitting lo-fi electro to 2021’s locally-sampled Beat Local, THE 555 is always full of surprises.

This will be really interesting for any fans of hiphop, the Sudbury music scene and outliers of music!

Bryden Gwiss is a Pow-Wow singer/song maker and Men's Traditional Dancer. He has grown up on the Pow-Wow Trail learning songs, drum teachings and has been dancing Mens Traditional Style for 30 years. Bryden was also nominated for a Juno for Indigenous Album Of The Year and Best Hand Drum Album at the Indigenous Music Awards in 2017. He fuses Traditional pow wow songs with modern hip hop production, and is driven to create awareness for indigenous culture in Canada.
