The winning couple must be available and able to hold their wedding on:

The wedding must take place within Sudbury and the surrounding area. (Within 1 hour of Greater Sudbury)
The winning couple is responsible for securing and paying for their own wedding venue, as well as all wedding expenses and services not specifically included in this giveaway.

Only one entry per couple is permitted.

💍 WHO CAN ENTER?
• Open to legal residents of Ontario.
• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Entrants must be legally eligible to marry in Ontario.
• The couple must enter themselves.
• The winning couple must be available to get married on Saturday, September 18, 2027.
• The wedding must take place within the agreed-upon Sudbury and surrounding area.
• Travel outside the agreed-upon service area may be subject to additional travel fees at the applicable vendor’s regular rates.
🎉 HOW WILL THE WINNER BE CHOSEN?
ONE winning couple will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries.
The random draw will take place LIVE on the Backyard Snap Photography page on:
📅 DECEMBER 30, 2026
The selected couple will be contacted directly through Facebook.
The selected couple must respond within 48 hours of being contacted.
If the selected couple does not respond within 48 hours, does not meet the eligibility requirements, or is otherwise unable to accept the prize, another eligible couple may be selected.
If the selected couple is unable to hold their wedding on Saturday, September 18, 2027, they will forfeit the prize and another eligible couple may be selected.
📝 BEFORE ACCEPTING THE PRIZE:
The winning couple must sign the normal service agreement/contract required by each participating vendor before services are provided.
Each vendor’s normal terms and conditions will apply to the services they are providing.
The prize cannot be transferred to another couple, substituted for another prize, or redeemed for cash.
The photographer, DJ, and officiant included in the giveaway cannot be substituted for another provider.
A mathematical skill-testing question will be required before the prize is awarded.
⚠️ PLEASE READ — WHAT IS AND IS NOT INCLUDED:
The giveaway includes ONLY the services specifically listed above.
Any additional hours, services, upgrades, rehearsal services, additional photography, additional DJ time, travel outside the agreed-upon area, or other requests will be available at the provider’s regular rates and will be the responsibility of the winning couple.
The wedding venue, food, décor, attire, florals, cake, hair and makeup, transportation, and any other wedding expenses not specifically listed above are NOT included and are the responsibility of the winning couple.
📍 SERVICE AREA:
The wedding must take place within Sudbury and the surrounding area.
Any travel outside the participating vendors’ agreed-upon service area may be subject to additional travel fees at the vendor’s regular rates.
❌ CANCELLATION & POSTPONEMENT:
The winning couple is responsible for ensuring they are able to proceed with their wedding on September 18, 2027.
If the winning couple cancels their wedding or cancels the giveaway services after accepting the prize, the couple will be responsible for paying each participating vendor their full applicable regular service fee.
If the wedding needs to be postponed or circumstances arise that prevent a participating vendor from providing their services, the applicable vendor’s normal contract terms and cancellation/postponement policies will apply.
In the event of vendor illness, emergency, circumstances beyond a vendor’s reasonable control, or other force-majeure circumstances, the participating vendors reserve the right to make reasonable arrangements in accordance with their individual service agreements.
📸 WINNER PUBLICITY:
By accepting the prize, the winning couple agrees that the participating vendors may use the couple’s names, photographs, and/or images from the giveaway and wedding day for promotional purposes, including social media, websites, portfolios, and other marketing materials, subject to applicable permissions and agreements.
