Ian Robinson voiced his first radio commercial in 1984 for a grocery store called “Best for Less” at CJCB in Sydney at the ripe and tender age of seventeen. Since then, he has voiced thousands and thousands of commercials that have translated into success for his clients! Ian is now a veteran of the Halifax, Nova Scotia radio market. He has been hired for freelance voice work by local television stations: CBC, Global and in the 1990’s was "THE VOICE" of ATV/CTV Atlantic. From 1999 to 2015 he was also a voice of Eastlink Advertising Television, including being their National Audio Producer voicing ads across Canada from Newfoundland to British Columbia. Since 1997, Ian has been "THE VOICE" of the Halifax Mooseheads of the QMJHL with over 1000 games behind the Moose Microphone. After winning the 2013 President Cup and Memorial Cup, receiving a championship ring was a dream come true! Ian has also announced many Halifax NHL Exhibition games and the 2003 World Junior Hockey Championship plus 2004 World Women's Hockey Championship.
