Exploring the ever-changing beauty of 📍Thunder Cove Beach! 🌊🌅 Even though the landscape looks a bit different now, this PEI gem is still an absolute must-visit.

Here is what makes it so special:

• The Changing Coastline: Thunder Cove is a powerful reminder of nature’s strength. Its iconic “Teacup Rock” was famously washed away by Hurricane Fiona in 2022.

• Red Sand & Cliffs: It features striking, deep red sandstone cliffs, hidden caves, and shifting sands that look different with every season.

• Low Tide Exploring: You still want to time your visit exactly at low tide to safely walk the expansive red shoreline and explore the remaining sea caves.

📍 Drysdale Falls, Tatamagouche, Nova Scotia 🌿💦

Just 1.5 hours from Halifax, Drysdale Waterfall is definitely one of the prettiest waterfalls we’ve seen in Nova Scotia! 🤍

A few things to know before you go👇

• The hike is easy and takes around 20–25 minutes
• You’ll need to cross shallow water and walk along the river, so wear proper shoes
• The waterfall is around 40 feet tall and the view is absolutely worth it 🌊
• People do swim here, but make sure to take proper precautions and try not to go alone
• Carry bug/insect spray and any other essentials — you’ll thank yourself later 🦟
• There’s no official parking, so park carefully along the roadside
• No restrooms are available at the trail

If you love peaceful nature spots and waterfall adventures, this place deserves a spot on your Nova Scotia bucket list ✨

A casual day: tried the new menu (Cod Balls + plant-ball nachos), grabbed dessert, free coffee thanks to IKEA Family membership, wandered through way too many bedrooms and living rooms, a quick stop in the As-Is section, and yes… plant-based nuggets happened.
Honestly, it’s always more than just shopping.

New Menu additions and best deals ❗️

We loved the new additions: Plant Based Nachos and Cod Balls - absolutely delicious and must try! 😍

The plant-based nuggets were so good, didn’t even taste like they were plant-based! 🤩

Their sweet treats are always amazing and we never miss to take home the entire DAIM cake! 🙈
