As audiences continue riding the wave of excitement sparked by James Gunn’s Superman earlier this year, Copernicus Studios is thrilled to help expand Warner Bros. Animation's revitalized DC universe with another adventure from everyone’s favourite super-powered pup. Today’s short, “Package Pandemonium,” brings festive chaos, heart, and classic Krypto charm: “Krypto smells something special in a holiday package, and in his eagerness to grab the gift, he makes a mess of Metropolis’s festivities.”

The moment has officially dropped, all 52 episodes of Lana Longbeard Season 1 are now live on CBC Gem! This series is a testament to what happens when creativity, collaboration, and international partnership come together at full strength. From Copernicus Studios (Canada) to ZEPHYR ANIMATION (France), our teams worked hand-in-hand across continents to deliver a bold, hilarious, adventure-filled 52×11’ series we’re incredibly proud of.

A huge shoutout to Tony Mitchell, the visionary creator whose imagination sparked Lana’s world, and to Franz Kirchner, our phenomenal series director, whose leadership and creative instincts shaped the energy, heart, and comedy of every episode. But the magic of Lana Longbeard doesn’t stop there; it’s powered by an incredible village of talent: The writers, whose creativity, humour, emotional beats, and world-building gave Lana and her crew their voice (and wild misadventures). The voice actors, who brought these characters to life with personality, charm, and unforgettable performances that jump off the screen. The artists, animators, designers, supervisors, and production teams across both studios who pushed to make every frame shine. And, of course, our amazing partners, such as Super Sonics Post Production/902 Post Inc., and the Composers, whose finishing craft elevated the look, sound, and final polish of the season.

To everyone involved across Canada, France, and beyond, thank you. This series exists because of your creative minds, your hustle, your talent, and your commitment. Now it’s time for the audience to set sail with us!

Nickelodeon’s Rock, Paper, Scissors Season 2 Premieres Today!

Copernicus Studios is thrilled to celebrate the U.S. premiere of Nickelodeon’s Season 2, an even bolder, funnier, and more visually dynamic season that pushes the bar higher in every way.

Produced in partnership with Nickelodeon, this season once again showcases the exceptional creative vision of series creators and showrunners Kyle Stegina and Josh Lehrman, alongside executive producer Bob Boyle, whose leadership and comedic instincts have shaped one of the most inventive animated comedies on television today.

Our team at Copernicus is incredibly proud to contribute to this season’s outlandishly entertaining storytelling through storyboards/animatics, design, animation, production, and compositing. Every artist, supervisor, and producer poured their creativity, precision, and passion into elevating this already extraordinary series to new heights.

Season 2 delivers faster pacing, sharper writing, and even bigger laughs, proving that when creative teams collaborate with shared energy and trust, the results can be truly electric.

Our talented team of artists poured their passion into delivering high-end, dynamic animation that captures all the fun, action, and festive spirit fans love about Krypto.
