It’s here !!!
Happy Pub day to this book! I feel like each book I make comes from a slightly deeper layer, closer to my heart, and this one has certainly reached a new level. “I Lost a Day”is inspired by own experiments with mental helath- what I ahve written about is what it is like to feel sad, depressed, and angry-and all the little things we can do to feel better .
I am so grateful for my editor Whitney Moran’s advice and support during this process, I couldn’t have been so vulnerable with anyone else 😍 Available everywhere books are sold !

We're so excited that This River Was Once a Road is out now! 🎉

Keep an eye out for Steve Skafte this spring as he may be venturing to your neck of the woods!

He'll talk about his adventures along abandoned roads, hiking forgotten highways, and exploring the crumbling history that our ancestors left behind. Since 2007, he's shared an uninterrupted daily journal on social media of his discoveries all over the province. He'll be signing copies of all his currently available books after the talk.

I've booked a bunch more dates for my spring tour! The book launch is in Halifax on April 15, then I'll be bouncing around all over Nova Scotia through the following weeks. At every venue, I give a talk about my adventures, then take questions and sign copies of my books after. Hope to see you!
