June 5, 2026, Elderbank, Nova Scotia… RCMP Halifax Regional Detachment is asking for the public's assistance in locating five-year-old Blake Barlow-Grisdale. He was last seen at 7:50 a.m. this morning at a residence on Cooks Brooks Rd.

Barlow-Grisdale has blond hair and blue eyes. He may be unclothed.

When someone goes missing, it has deep and far-reaching impacts for the person and those who know them. We ask that people spread the word respectfully.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Blake Barlow-Grisdale is asked to call RCMP Halifax Regional Detachment at 902-490-5020. Based on updated information from Halifax Regional Police, the area affected by road closures and traffic disruptions has expanded.

⚠️ Please avoid the area of:
• Dutch Village Road
• Titus Street
• Main Avenue
• McFatridge Road
• Alma Crescent
• Andrew Street
• Deal Street
• Percy Street
• Supreme Court

Road closures remain in effect and are expected to continue for an extended period.

Emergency crews have secured the area and are working with partner agencies to assess the situation and mitigate any potential hazards to the public.
