Liguria may be famous for pesto, seafood and the Italian Riviera, but its signature grape is Vermentino. 🇮🇹🌊

Tomorrow at our sold-out aPria Café dinner, Original Italy Catering’s Brandacujun alla Ligure is paired with Tenuta Le Colonne Vermentino.

Although the w**e is produced just south in Tuscany’s coastal Maremma, Vermentino thrives along the Tyrrhenian coast, making it a natural partner for this classic Ligurian dish.

Crisp, citrusy and beautifully saline, it’s a pairing that tastes like the Mediterranean.
