Born and raised in Toronto, Karen brings more than two decades of experience in real estate investing, design, and entrepreneurship to her real estate business. Her early and ongoing involvement in purchasing, renovating, and flipping both condominiums and single-family homes, along with managing rental properties, has shaped a deep understanding of the real estate market and the many decisions involved in successful property ownership. In 2020, seeking a lifestyle shift from the pace of city living, she relocated to Nova Scotia’s Eastern Shore and now calls Musquodoboit Harbour home. The move has been transformative, offering a strong sense of community, new opportunities, and the chance to build meaningful connections in a place that reflects the lifestyle many clients are searching for today. With a background in interior design and as the owner of a professional home staging business, Karen offers clients a thoughtful perspective on how homes are experienced, presented, and positioned. Her design expertise enhances her real estate offering, allowing her to guide clients through both the strategic and visual elements that influence value and buyer connection.
