On the weekend, I penned a Letter to the Editor of the Hamilton Spectator, which made it into today’s issue of the paper. I address the juxtaposition of the policies of the Progressive Conservative government and conservative values.

In September 2025, The Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police said that automated speed enforcement cameras are effective in reducing speeding and free up police resources to focus on other public safety priorities. In October 2025, the Progressive Conservatives banned speed safety cameras in Ontario, including school zones, making our streets more dangerous for our kids. Ignoring the Police Chiefs. No public hearings. No input from parents or caregivers. Unacceptable!

Remembrance Day is just around the corner, so you know what time it is - it’s time to get your poppy! Legion Branch 163 has a booth at Limeridge Mall. I stopped by there to get my poppy today + a “Support Our Troops” car magnet. Thank you to the volunteers staffing the booth. And thank you for your service to our troops and veterans!
