When Yalda night is only few hours away and you're peparing its spread, and you crave for Baslogh, while you live several hours away from Persian stores to fetch some, and you really need to forget about it, but then again as you have a cold and a fever, and you know that the main ingredient of Baslogh, the starch, is good for your cold,....soooooo ( just taking a breath here!) you just roll up your sleeves and get into the Yalda and Christmas spirit and make those yummy Basloghs! Period!
