Chrystal pike is now awake and talking after Failed ex*****on attempt (death row) No ex*****on order is pending for Pike, Ayers said, and he can’t say whether another could be issued because that’s up to the Tennessee Supreme Court. Her lawyer is asking for life in prison now .
New details about Pike’s condition:
Pike attorney Randy Spivey said the first thing she said upon waking up was, “Where am I and who are you?” She’s “angry and confused” and “very aware that the state tried to execute her,” he said.
Pike has pneumonia and a blood clot in one of her arms, can’t swallow yet and is therefore not eating, said Spivey. Ihnen said they’ve not been able to discuss legal next steps with her because of her condition.
Her arms and hands are swollen and they don’t know what function she will regain in her arms, Spivey said. “Her hands looked like if you were to blow up a surgical glove

Canada just admitted they lost track of hundreds of thousands of people—and they can’t fix it until 2027.

That’s not a hypothetical. That is literally how Ottawa is running Canada's immigration system right now.

Here is the absolute mess the immigration department just admitted to:

2.1 MILLION temporary permits expire this year.

The government officially admits it has no system to track whether people actually leave when their legal status expires.

The Auditor General audited just one single group—international students whose permits expired in 2024.

The findings? Out of 39,500 students who had zero legal right to stay, Ottawa could only confirm that ~16,000 left.

That leaves 23,500 people vanished into thin air from just one small group in one year.

Now scale that math across millions of work permits, visitor visas, and overstays.
The kicker?

The promised fix—a basic exit-tracking system—isn't scheduled to launch until late 2027, and officials are already admitting it’s behind schedule.

Dear Daddy,

I don't even know where to start. How could you do such a thing? I looked up to you. I love you with all my heart. And then you lied to everyone.

Mommy was the perfect person. The absolute perfect person. What did she ever do to make you hate her so much? She loved you and she cared for you. She took care of me. She loved you with all her heart. She was my best friend. And then you chose to kill the only mother I ever had.

I miss her so much, so, so, so much. You have no idea. How could you cheat on her and go to that awful girl, Alleigha? I never liked her. She was just a girl who put on a microphone to her mouth and spoke words with a tune. Mommy may not have been a professional singer, but she had a voice of an angel, and she was an angel. She has been, she is, and she always will be. And plus, Daddy, affairs are a big sin. But there is still a chance. There's a choice for everything in life. All you have to do is tell God that you're sorry and that you want to confess and repent to him. I promise you it won't take away your punishment, but you will have a life in Heaven someday. I cry every day, and my heart breaks to see the people I love hurt. I've seen images, pictures, and videos of you everywhere on YouTube. My heart aches to see you hurt, but then I think it was your choice.

It was your choice to have that. It was your choice to go off with that dirty girl. It was your choice to leave the perfect woman, Ashley. It was your choice to lie to everyone. It was your choice to leave your only 2 daughters. It was your choice to hide everything from everyone. And it was your choice to kill the only mother I've ever had.
