Well, I was wrong… again! Found the coolant leak on my CFMOTO Z-Force Sport, not what I had guessed. Had a feeling it was a rubber seal under the water pump cover but after tearing it apart I realized it actually seems to be leaking from a paper gasket between two parts of the case around that area. Unfortunately, I didn’t order that gasket, lol. I’m a little disappointed that a machine with such low millage would develop a leak on a sealing surface like this. Hopefully it’s just a fluke scenario and once it’s fixed I don’t have anymore cooling system issues. Does anyone have a service manual for one of these? Always something… but that’s the game we play, lol. At least it’s in an area that’s not too difficult to get to and should be an easy fix. My last RZR part should also be arriving tomorrow and then I can get it back together.

Where would you go? The camera girl and I are gonna dump the kids with my parents in Myrtle Beach for 10 days, likely at the end of June and we want to plan a riding road trip. Lookin for a few solid trail riding destinations that we haven’t been to. We were thinking of heading into NC first for a day or two. Then heading west or northwest. We haven’t done any riding in Virginia or Kentucky yet. We’ve been to WV a few times but I’m sure we’ve only scratched the surface there. We kind of want to hit up Colorado and Utah but we’re thinking we will save that for our next trip. What would you suggest as some destinations if we are launching from Myrtle Beach, SC? We don’t want to drive more than 8-10 hours in a day between destinations. We would like to hit at least 2-3 riding destinations if possible. We would also love to link up with some of you awesome people and hit the trails together. I’d love to meet some more viewers in person and of course film some videos together out on the trails. Let’s hear your ideas or suggestions. Would you want to meet up and ride with us? We’d be bringing the Battle Wagon.

Intercoolers! Let’s talk about them. I feel this is an overlooked discussion topic. Have you done any upgrades to yours on your RZR or other SXS model? My RZR turbo is almost 10 years old and I’m still on my stock intercooler. I’ve heard they can leak and destroy the engine. Should I replace mine? If so, should I upgrade to aftermarket? Which one and why? Should the coolant in the intercooler system be flushed and changed? I’ve never touched mine. There is an auxiliary electric water pump for the water to air intercooler system on the RZR. Do those fail? Should they be inspected? What are some issues you’ve experienced or heard of related to the Intercooler setups on SXS’s? Water to air or air to air, which do you think is better overall for a SXS? Let’s hear your opinions or experiences and get a conversation going.

Sway bars… do you run them? To sway or not to sway, that is the question! I haven’t run a front sway bar in years. Rip them off all my machines almost immediately. However, body roll gets pretty extreme without a rear sway bar on a RZR… but boy oh boy does ride quality and flex get epic. I’ve sheared the rear sway bar brackets out of the frame for what I think is the 4th time now. I’m thinking of just removing the rear sway bar and seeing how I feel about it. I don’t usually rip the RZR hard at high speeds. So it’s a trade off I can live with… but sometimes I do wanna kick it out and let it slide…. Life can never be simple…. 😂 Let’s hear your thoughts on this totally loaded and opinionated topic which likely doesn’t have a correct answer lol.

What do you think? Can it compete? I got a look at the new CFMOTO Mud Edition C-Force today when I was at Maxxim Motorsports returning my Overland demo unit. It looks pretty cool. I’d love to give it a try. I think they have really kicked it up in the styling department on their newer models. I would love to see how they hold up long term and how they stack up against some of the other units on the market. I think it would look better on a set of Super ATV assassinators… 😂

Another chapter closed, time to write the next one! Just dropped the CFMOTO Canada C-Force 1000 demo unit off at Maxxim Motorsports and I’ll have a cool long term review video of it comin your way soon. Can’t wait to get into a Z10! Who else is excited to see what we can do with a Z10?

Anyone running one of these? Should I go with RM Stator or Ricks? Any other recommendations? I was thinking I’d upgrade my charging system while I’ve got my RZR ripped apart. Been meaning to address this for a few years. I have a good quality Yuasa battery already. Should I upgrade to dual batteries while I’m at it? What’s the best dual battery setup to mate with a stator upgrade? Which stator upgrade or charging system upgrades would you recommend?

Gotta get this sorted ASAP as the Adrenaline Ju**ie Jamboree at Minden Off-Road Park is coming up soon! Need the at 110% so we can have some fun!

Workin on what may be my biggest project ever. I’ve been picking away at this for almost a year behind the scenes and still have a lot of work left. Many of you will remember I went on a riding trip in Northern Italy last summer. I’m deep into a massive series of videos from that bucket list adventure. I can’t wait to share all of this content with you guys. I really think I’ve got some bangers on my hands here. I’m already about 200+ hours into this with probably another 200+ to go. I’m excited because I feel like things are starting to fall into place with the project and I’ve got a clear vision for it. If you’ve ever worked on a big project before then you’ll know the early phases can often feel chaotic and unhinged. Sometimes it’s hard to find a direction or a path, but you need to keep pushing forward. When you finally see that path pop out in the distance it’s an exciting moment. It doesn’t mean the journey is over or even close to over, it does mean that the journey now has a clear trajectory though. Creative projects tend to be very front heavy and as a result it can be hard to stay motivated. However, when a vision finally comes together the end product is always worth it. I’ve learned over the years that it’s important to try and enjoy the entire journey and not just hyper focus on the destination. The destination is the reward, the journey is what makes that reward hold true value. Philosophical rant over, back to the editing. Happy Friday everyone.
