When fishing is life 🎣.

I cannot tell you how I crave the ocean and a good fishing trip. 🦈🦑🌊

Mostly with my dad and family! we took so many trips, got on a small boat ⛵, and went fishing for a few hours. It was always a great time to bond, have fun, be impatient, and be frustrated.

You can never know how it will go or if you will actually catch anything.

I am and will forever be grateful for these time⏰

Dining-In has re-opened in ALBERTA 🎉

Flashback to our mouthwatering 5- COURSE MEAL at Orso Trattoria Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge back in December, a night before restaurants closed down 😍

We sincerely got treated like royalty, outstanding service, beautiful drink pairings, creative (very woodsy) plating and authentic Italian flavors 👑🇮🇹

TAIWANESE TEA EGGS 🇹🇼 vs. MAURITIAN OEUFS RÔTIS 🇲🇺

This week we are sharing our Recipes for Taiwanese Tea Eggs and Mauritian Oeufs Rôtis (Roasted Eggs) and we will be comparing the two 🥚🥚

Chef Sha grew up eating Oeufs Rôtis, also called Dizef Roti all his life and when we visited Taiwan and tasted the legendary Tea Eggs, we thought they were quite similar in certain ways.
