🍞 Why I Take Pre-Orders Only 🍞

Sourdough isn’t a same-day process. Every batch of bagels, English muffins, buns, and pizza dough takes 2–3 days to mix, ferment, proof, and bake properly.

Pre-orders help me bake fresh, reduce waste, and ensure every item is made just for you.

🥯 Jalapeño Cheddar Bagels have become one of my hottest sellers and often sell out first! Because I’m currently baking with a home mixer, quantities are limited until I can upgrade to a commercial mixer.

❤️🌲 🍪 🥯 A Little Thank You from The Knotty Pantry

As I’m getting ready to bake six dozen cookies for the golf course along with several customer orders, I wanted to take a moment to say thank you for all of your support.

Running a small bakery is truly a labor of love. While cookie dough is quick to mix, the dough has to chill overnight or longer - I also brown butter for most of my cookies too!! Sourdough is a much longer process. From feeding the starter to mixing, fermenting, shaping, proofing, and baking, many sourdough products take 12–24 hours or more before they’re ready to enjoy.

Every order, share, recommendation, and kind comment helps support this little business, and I appreciate it more than you know.
