The ban applies to all forms of to***co, and retailers are required to verify the age of customers before selling to***co products.

It also includes electronic ci******es and va**ng products, with penalties for selling to***co products to minors and using v**e devices.

The ban was initiated to "protect public health and promote a to***co-free generation."
