After 54 years of owning a car, I finally made the decision to part ways with it.

It's been a long journey, but I've come to the realization that I no longer need a car or the expenses of ownership.

Since transitioning both my businesses and personal life to my home, I've found that I hardly ever use my car anymore. The costs of ownership and upkeep just don't justify the occasional use.

So, as a 70th birthday gift to myself, I've decided to sell my car. It's picked up and gone and I feel good about it.

It's a big step, but I'm OK about the change.
I'm looking forward to simplifying my life.

It's a new chapter for me, and I'm ready to embrace it.
