Knowing how to write a successful goal to do so can be hard - and so can staying motivated to do it.

That's why I've made this free 30 Day Habit Tracker for you. Because I know how hard it can be to make new habits and set solid goals.

The only Valentine I want is a Palestine that's free.

A woman at work today gave me this as I was fixing my morning coffee in the cafe. She told me how sorry she was for Gaza, and how she prayed every day all day for it's liberation. She told me how much she wished she could wear the 'beautiful scarf' I had on, a but she couldn't wear it to work.

I didn't realise till I got home what it said. Hey own homage to Palestine, with the name of the cafe she worked at (Sunshine) beside it.

It frustrates me to no end how many people are silent or are forced into silence lest they lose their job.

I pray Allah guides this woman. I pray that more will be like her and speak up in whatever way they can. I pray for a
