If you’re tired of the never-ending hamster wheel of content creation, you’re not alone.

We are all feeling the social media burnout! With the exhausting cycle of creating and posting to social media only for it to show up for a day or two, and get maybe 200 views, and never seeing the effort convert to clients…burnout isn’t just a possibility, it’s often the reality.

But what if marketing your business didn’t have to feel like yet another job?

That’s where blogging comes in. It’s the ultimate “cozy” strategy: a sustainable way to share your heart and grow your business that actually works for you while you take the rest you deserve.

This this blog I will tell you why I started blogging for my business, and how it not only helps me connect with clients, but also honours my health needs.

Head over to my website now to check it out or comment BLOG to get the new Cozy Capsule Blog Kit to help you get started on your own capsule blog!

This heat + smoke is really killing all my motivation💀

I’ve never dealt with heat well, and now I have added meds that make me even more sensitive to the sun.

Not that I have to worry about the suns rays right now.. because the smoke is so thick you can look right at it without squinting.

All together it’s really making my focus foggy! Which makes me glad I have a library of content that I can pull from and repurpose…. Because creating new content just isn’t happening right now.

We all know that AI can create your content… But no one’s asking if it should!

I will actually be the first to admit that AI can be a very useful tool, and it’s so neat what it can do.

But I’ll also be the first to remind you that just because technically it can do a thing, doesn’t mean you should use it for that.

Content and strategy is a big one. It technically can create a strategy and content for you, but should it?

Before you jump over to an open ai app… ask yourself

❔How does my community feel about Ai?

It’s a controversial topic, and if the majority of your community is against it, and they know you’re using it… they will instantly distrust you.

❔Does this content sound like me?

Ai pulls information and wording from all over the internet to generate your content, so if you’re not careful, you’ll probably start sounding like every other “founder” out there..

❔Is the benefit worth the sacrifices?

Honestly this one should be the first and only question… and if your answer is yes, I don’t think we can be friends. AI is costing people jobs, and the centers they are building to run them are destroying the environment and disproportionately hurting people in vulnerable minorities.

So sure it can but should it?

If you would rather your content strategy built by a human, for humans, with your voice and probably far too little water consumed… let’s chat!

🎙️New Cozy Chats Episode🫶

In this episode, I am joined by Avery Roberts and Kelly Berger, the hosts of Wheel Talk with Kelly & Avery

Together, they dive into the vital importance of building community and creating accessible spaces for disabled voices.

Both Avery and Kelly, who live with an ultra-rare neuromuscular condition (congenital muscular dystrophy), share their personal experiences as advocates within the disability community.

As podcast hosts themselves, and disability advocates, Kelly and Avery connect with groups from all over, online and IRL to talk about the importance of creating space and advocating for disability and rare diseases.

The episode serves as an empowering call to action, reminding listeners that advocating for universal design benefits everyone and that authentic storytelling is essential for normalizing disability in everyday life.
