In preparation for the upcoming release of Rogers Xfinity service in the Grand Pre and Woodville areas, there will be scheduled maintenance this week, which will potentially cause brief intermittent service outages for customers.
Grand Pre and surrounding areas:
Tuesday, August 25th overnight (starting at midnight) into early Wednesday morning around 6am.
Woodville and surrounding areas:
Wednesday, August 26th overnight (starting at midnight) into early Thursday morning around 6am.

UPDATE: This outage was resolved early this morning. All customer services should be restored. If you are still having issues with your service please contact our technical support team at 902-678-2395 (Option 2).

‼️There is currently a widespread outage causing customers to be without service. We have technicians looking into the cause of the outage and hope to have services restored as soon as possible. Our office phone is also affected, as well as the technical support line.
